Toronto is elevating the airport dining experience. Here are a few places to check out before you take off.
The city has been enjoying the spotlight lately, especially for its diverse and eclectic food scene. In case you missed it, Vogue Magazine dubbed Toronto as the next ultimate foodie destination. But you don’t have to venture deep into the city to find amazing eats.
If your conference itinerary doesn’t leave much room for exploring or there’s simply no time between meetings and the airport, don’t fret. Toronto Pearson International Airport was recently recognized by USA TODAY 10Best readers, in the category of Best Airport for Dining, claiming third place in the top 10.
Pearson’s new food program features a wide variety of cuisines, including locally inspired options like The Hearth, by Lynn Crawford of Food Network and Chopped Canada fame. The Hearth was also voted as one of the top 10 Best Airport Local/Regional Dining options, where you’ll enjoy signature dishes like cider glazed pork chop with roasted apple chutney and sausage gravy.
