Canada’s countryside comes to Canada’s downtown for 10 days each November at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, the world’s largest indoor agricultural event. More than 19,500 food and hospitality professionals and chefs attend the annual RC Show to sample and test Canada-wide trends. In 2019, the SIAL International Food Show brought visitors from over 50 countries to Toronto, raising attendance to more than 18,500 buyers.
