Terms & Conditions: 

  • Applies to all meetings and events of 10 people or more
  • Applies to all meetings booked and actualized between launch date and December 30, 2021
  • No extra charges shall be assumed by the client to meeting rooms of food & beverage rooms in order for the venue to ensure they are adhering to current (or adapting to new) health and safety protocols
  • For any new meetings booked there will be no attrition and cancellation fees (on contracted rooms and F&B revenue) will only apply if group cancels within 30 days of arrival
  • The cut-off date for accepting reservations for room blocks is 5:00PM local time at Hotel 18 days prior to group arrival date. Reservation requests received after this time will be based on availability and accepted at the prevailing rates. Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block
  • Bookings are based on availability and some exceptions may apply
  • RFP to be channeled through Destination Toronto
